1. Who in your life has the virus affected the most? All the kids have been stopped in their tracks, but I think out your youngest has been most affected in the nuclear family. He was crazy with so many activities outside of the house
2. Worst thing about quarantine: Remote schooling has been a real challenge for the kids. So much self discipline required!
3. Silver lining to quarantine: The kids have gotten into bike riding a lot
4. Hopes for the future: I hope we all value our teachers and our public health system more. And with recent protests highlighting so many structural problems, we are hopeful for meaningful change!

1. Who is your life has the virus affected most? Depends on the day
2. Worst thing about quarantine: Watching people you love struggle with missed experiences, graduations, celebrations and having their plans derailed
3. Silver lining to quarantine: Re-emphasis on, and re-prioritization of, connecting - albeit virtually - with family and friends. Increased acts of kindness, waving to neighbors, and a de-structuring of activities and over-programming (not constantly running/driving from one activity to the next)
4. Hopes for future: We retain the spirit of kindness, focus on being present, and lack of over-programming when we return back from quarantine

1. Who in your life has the virus affected most? The kids. Negatively. One furloughed, One lost senior spring and graduation and awaits to hear whether and when his job will be there/start. One going through the motions for online (not residential) college

3. Silver lining to quarantine: My wife is even more impressive at work than I imagined as she works remotely. And I learned I have no interest in retirement (which I suspected)
4. Hopes for future: Return of pro sports by November, if testing is available

1. Who in your life has the virus affected most? / 2. Worst thing about quarantine: There are usually a few moments of each day you have to get over yourself and the hill you climb with your anxiety. Then you're fine. You see the world and you can go back down. Because you're the most important and if you don't take care of you, you can't be near or take care of anyone else. It's important you take care of yourself right now, and so it affects us. You give the most when you're okay, you know? I ran super fast today, I think I'm good enough to be in races in the future)
3. Silver linings to quarantine: Oh geez, there are so many. I'm not going to take "the me" in this answer. Silver lining is Mother Earth is finally able to heal. Rebuild. Breathe. And in turn maybe we should do the same
4. Hopes for future: Who can think that far ahead? I'm grateful a hawk didn't snatch me up today. I got through my day. I felt all the feelings. I had a good meal. I am loved. I'll stick with that for now. My fears and my hopes are fleeting. They are crippling at times. They are free at times. I can't predict. Sometimes when the sun comes out, though, there are a few seconds where I forget. But that's what loss is, you know? That's grief. And the sun still comes out. We still manage and figure out our lives and laugh and live

1. Who in your life has the virus affected most? My grandma has been the person in my life most affected by the virus
Her assisted living facility has been on lock down for some weeks now. I deliver groceries and goodies to her once a week. Recently, I bought her an iPad. After teaching her how to work her new iPad through a window for two hours, she can now charge it and answer FaceTime calls. We're still working on how to unlock it
2. Worst thing about quarantine: Realizing how many home projects I need to get done ! I've started many and finished few
3. Silver lining to quarantine: There are so many silver linings. One of my favorites is thinking about everyone who now has time to do their hobbies
4. Hopes for future: I hope we learn from this - how to treasure the important things and relationships and how it is possible to treat the earth better

1. Who in your life has the virus affected most? Don’t know anyone directly affected, but community affected most
2. Worst thing about quarantine is not talking to strangers while out at bars and restaurants
3. Silver lining of quarantine is realizing that which was asked was not much of a personal sacrifice in order to help the whole effort
4. Hopes for the future are for everyone to be able to truly distinguish their wants from their needs, and with that realization, focus on the needs
